Digital Art
& Graphic Design
Having a naturally beautiful aesthetic is important to me. I work well with other graphic designers and artists to push the boundaries beyond our individual artistic capabilities.
Here are some creative endeavors I've been involved in.
I work with all popular graphic design software like the adobe suite, but I prefer using open source software when I can such as GIMP (for scalar graphics), Inkscape (for vector graphics), Audacity (for audio editing), and Kdenlive or Blendr (for video editing).

A limited number of digital art pieces and other creative endeavors that I've been involved with can be seen in the creative section of my portfolio.
I've have my hands many unfinished projects. A handful of these unfinished projects can be seen in this section of my portfolio.
Other companies I've worked for can be seen here.

Technology
For the more technical among you, the following slides include a little about the different technologies I personally prefer when it comes to developing websites, creating graphics, hosting, etc.Languages, Code, & Frameworks
I've become familiar with 50+ different programming languages & scripts over the years, though, I prefer those that are the most common, open source, and have the most documentation:Web Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js
Web Backend: PHP, and MySQL running on Linux Servers
Web Frameworks: Bootstrap, jQuery, SCSS
Other Languages: Python, Java
Open Source Software
Whenever possible, I prefer using free and open source software like Ubuntu Linux (as an operating system), GIMP (for scalar graphics), Inkscape (for vector graphics), Audacity (for audio editing), Kdenlive or Blendr (for video editing), and LibreOffice (as office software). All these are 100% free for anyone to use.Web Hosting
I'm familiar with all the popular domain name registrars and hosting services such as GoDaddy, HostGator, and DreamHost. I personally host my websites on a shared virtual cloud server, but am familiar with VPS Linux servers and setup. Whenever possible I suggest people host their site with a webhosting package that includes cPanel, which is a very popular hosting software tool that gives you a great amount of control over your website.Content Management Systems
CMSs allow you the most amount of control over your website. Unless your website is super simple, I highly recommend CMSs to anyone building a new website. I have experience with all the most popular ones, including: Generallized: Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, and Mambo. Ecommerce: Shopify, Wix, Woocommerce (Wordpress), Virtuemart (Joomla), Squarespace, PrestaShop, OpenCart. Forums: Vanilla Forums, phpBB, MyBB, vBulletin, bbPress.
